Starting from June, we start tracking spot price trend of 32Gb 4096Mbx8 TLC
(three-level cell) NAND Flash chip.

Starting from February 10, spot prices of 16Gb MLC NAND Flash will only reflect prices of
those chips that are fabricated under:
1. Samsung 50nm
2. Hynix 48nm
Prices of the listed chips will be excluded:
1. Samsung 60nm
2. Hynix 57nm
The adjustment is stemmed from a sharp cut of 200mm capacity among major vendors from 4Q08. As prices of those chips that are fabricated under old process carry a premium, the adjustment will lead to a ~USD1 price difference in the high-price category of 16Gb MLC NAND Flash on February 10.
